Magical realism is a school of Ecuadorean painting whose founder and major proponent was the painter Gonzalo Endara Crow (1936-1996). David Quisaguano was a student and is a follower of Endara Crow. He paints and sells his paintings in Quito.
This painting is on canvas, and is not stretched. It is perfect for matting and framing, or can be stretched over a regular canvas frame. Size is 23.5 x 18 inches. It is signed "Quisaguano" and dated 2000. It will be mailed rolled in a hard tube.
