This is an oil painting on stretched canvas, and measures approximately 16 x 20 inches. It is stretched but not framed, and depicts a "Vista del pajaro" (view of the bird) of a traditional Maya bull fight. The watchers all are wearing traditional costumes of various of the villages around Lake Atitlan. The painting is signed in the lower left corner "J Francisco Cumez", whose paintings are sold in art galleries around Lake Atitlan. This painting was recently purchased in Panajachel, and is in Very Good condition.
