These handwoven belts or chumpis are generally part of the women's costume, but can also be used for various utilitarian functions. They are all handwoven of handspun wool on a narrow belt loom. This particular belt is all wool and measures 1.3 inches wide and about 30 inches in overall length. The length not including the braided end is 26.5 inches.

Condition is Very Good, with some signs of light use, especially along the edges, and with some light soil.
