This is an all wool woman's manta. It is made from handspun wool, hand-woven on an Andean loom. The two panels were joined with a simple zig-zag stitch. The dyes appear to be mostly synthetic. I would guess the date to be post 1980. There is no tubular edging, the edges are all selvage finished. The two panels are almost identical, with only slight variability one would expect from a handmade textile.
Condition is Very Good, light wear to edges, no noticeable holes, light soil possible.
