This is an all wool woman's manta. It is made from handspun wool, hand-woven on an Andean loom. The two panels were joined with a simple zig-zag stitch, which is barely visible in the center-most light green stripe. The dyes appear to be a mixture of synthetic and vegetal. I would guess the date to be before 1980. The textile is very nicely woven, but there is no tubular edging. The two panels are almost identical, with only slight variability one would expect from a handmade textile.
Condition is Very Good, light wear to edges, slight edge irregularity, light soil possible.
